I studied Biochemistry in Göttingen, Braunschweig and Göteborg and started my PhD in spring of 2018. My research interests include single-molecule biophysics, photophysics of fluorescent dyes and DNA nanotechnology. Currently, I am working on projects revolving around the development of novel single-molecule biosensors and pushing the limit of time resolution in single molecule FRET experiments.
